APC Considers Price Reduction for Youths as NEC meeting holds on Wednesday
Following recent clamor from different youth groups across Nigeria, unconfirmed updates from observers within the All Progressives Congress National Secretariat has it that the party leadership is putting into consideration the request for 50% reduction in the price of nomination and expression of interest forms for Young Aspirants within the party below 35 years in the build up to the party's NEC meeting this Wednesday. Not too long ago, President Muhammadu Buhari promised to champion the request of Nigerian Youths towards active involvement in the leadership of the country.
Recently, the main opposition party, the People's Democratic Party acceded to the very popular demand and also placing into consideration an outright waiver for youths below 35 years contesting within the party.
As events unfolds and with the high rate of Permanent Voters Card registration by Young Nigerians, major political parties are beginning to see reason to aceed to some of the request by this very formidable voting bloc.

Please kindly reduces the proposed price for nomination and expression form by 50%. If truly you want youth as well to participate in the general election 2023, and also if truly we are in democracy era. Besides,the inclusiveness and participation of youths in politics it's absolutely a good step for a better Nigeria. But having gives such a high price on the nomination and expression form, is like you don't want youths as aspirant at all levels of their choice against 2023. I urged President Muhammad Buhari, APC National chairman and NEC Chairman and management should have a rethink on the price for election nomination and expression form to be reduced for the youths to participate as aspirant in the forthcoming general election 2023 Sir.
